The Community Centre That Rocked

In December the Henderson Trust collaborated with The Garage to put on a Plug-In Live event showcasing local bands and solo artists at Cadge Road Community Centre. The free event was coordinated by The Garage Youth Forum and was created specifically for young people in the area and their families.

The acts put on a great show and entertained the audience with music from a variety of different genres including performances from singer-songwriters, a rapper and up-and-coming local band the Renedeans who finished the night off with a brilliant rock set.

The gig was enjoyed by performers and audience alike and, following some great feedback from everyone who attended, we hope this will be the first of many collaborations between Henderson Trust and The Garage so watch this space…
