Dear Cadge Road Community Centre User
Hopefully you are all keeping well and looking forward to the gradual easing of the restrictions that we’ve all been living with for so long.
Henderson Trust hopes to re-open Cadge Road Community Centre for public use as soon as we can. We are working closely with Norwich City Council who we expect to issue us with guidance about opening dates and the activities which can and cannot be undertaken in the centre.
If all goes well, the 12th April will be a key date. From this date community centres will be allowed to open although it is very likely that there will still be restrictions on the activities which can be undertaken, and there will still be a requirement to maintain social distancing, and have other mitigations in place (social contact rules).
We will advise all users groups as soon as we can about re-opening and the safety measures which will need to be put in place. In the meantime we are undertaking routine maintenance and some decoration of the centre. We may well contact user groups to help us in this regard as we tidy up certain areas.
Please do get in touch if you would like to discuss any aspect of this and also remember that if things do not go to plan, the centre may have to re-open later than 12th April.
