OPT In is an easy-going social group for the over 50s at Cadge Road Community Centre.

Our current project includes:

Free Social Afternoon Wednesdays and Thursdays 1-3pm.

Come along for a natter with old friends and new.  This is a relaxed social event with food and refreshments.  We also put on regular, free trips out.

Sitting Pretty Fitness Group For Over 50’s

A 45 minute chair-based exercise class for improving posture, balance and strength while having fun. For over 50s. Free to attend.

Free class every Wednesday from 12:30pm- 1:15pm.
