Henderson Trust has made a pledge to run focus groups for young people we work. These groups will directly include young people in the decision making and planning process of what activities we provide in the community.
This is our Flourish Pledge that we have made with Norfolk County Council .
Flourish aims to make Norfolk a place where all children and young people can thrive. It focuses on key areas that young people have raised as important to them:

By working together, services in Norfolk aim to use common language, resources, and data to assess progress and ensure that young people’s needs are being met effectively.
